Through the four distinct phases of the moon, you’ll explore tailored prompts that encourage reflection, exploration, and growth.

Each week, you’ll dive into seven prompts inspired by the moon’s cycle, starting with the New Moon’s introspection and intention-setting, and flowing through the Waxing, Full, and Waning moons to guide your creative energy.

Feel free to improvise, as this challenge has a flexible format. You can use it to journal, draw, or create however you feel called to.
